An in-person tour is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø community, check out student life firsthand and explore the unique city of Charlotte. Explore the Wildcat Center, suite-style residence halls, multiple culinary labs and other exciting places on campus.

$5,000 RENEWABLE VISIT GRANT

Earn a grant for visiting campus! Incoming first-year students applying for the Spring or Fall 2026 semesters who visit by December 31, 2025 may be eligible for the Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Early Visit Grant. This $5,000 award is renewable for four years.

Our guided tours provide you with an up-close look at where you’ll live, learn and enjoy all campus has to offer. Led by current students, you’ll get all the ins and outs of what it’s really like to be a Wildcat! Learn about our academic center, labs, residence halls and receive a brief presentation.

Career Explorations®

Explore a variety of careers focused on food innovation, culinary arts and baking & pastry arts this summer. Over the course of two days (July 15-17), you’ll experience life at Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø firsthand. You’ll stay on campus for two nights. The program includes housing, all meals, instructional materials and activities.
